Perhaps i was a bit unclear the other day when i mentioned ‘flow-states’.

Flow is not about some ambiguously positive ideal or destination. It is a state of consciousness and being, characterized by non-attachment. No more, no less. There is no positive/negative involved.

Therefore don’t deny feelings, ‘good’ or ‘bad’, love or otherwise — but as much as you want to grasp and hold, don’t. Let it go. If it’s meant to come back, it WILL.

    But positive negative can draw one to “flow” when “flow” is lacking because positive and negative states combined make flow. All life energy is held in positive /negative and neutral states. One cannot separate oneself from either three states just be in the flow of them all together. Hard to explain but all is flow.

    Part of me really wants to see a time-lapse of you making this because I genuinely can’t comprehend how you put this together with 2 hands…. and the other part doesn’t want you to ruin the surprise ;)

    It sounds so “easy” letting go, with the unsaid “don’t mind, it was not meant to be – who knows what it was good for…” – and includes so much trust in a “plan” which unseen for me guides.
    Letting go is as if you kill part of your heart and dreams.
    And that hurts so unspeakably much.
    Only one small – I’m running out of my English – sperm? of hope is growing and tries to illuminate
    Not easy to say what I want so l leave it like this.

      thanks! it was nice to find this spot with fresh slabs. these ones sounded glassy too.. i think these are how many of the glassy beach rocks start, before taken by the sea!
