As far as my work is concerned, returning to Boulder Creek is a relative “home”… Mostly due to my vast range of experience playing here. The rocks are most familiar here. I know the light movements and general wind patterns throughout the year like they were part of me. At the same time, the more I travel and balance, the more wanderlust I accumulate. To the point where I’m not exactly sure where or what “home” is anymore.. One thing is for certain, I always love returning to boulder creek, perhaps for its relative comfort zone, at least while a regular “home” based life still has me slightly domesticated.. but the travel bug grows . . .
