It is nice make it out balancing nearly everyday if possible, regardless of circumstances… normally the practice centers me and whatever anxieties or stress may be built up from life.  In doing this, it is easy to begin noticing lessons in every experience.  If the balance does not work, I learn. If the wind blows it over, I let go and I deal with it. However, not every journey outside consists of balancing.  The most important part for me is being there, and absorbing the scenery and sounds… if a balance comes about, so be it.
