Interesting story about this skateboard…:
I lost it over the last month or so… its loss loomed heavily over my awareness, as i’m normally quite critical of my mistakes.. I asked around everywhere, hoping to find it… almost died on this board once… splat on a bus could have been reality… but the board carried me through… anyway, the board was gone and i was slightly traumatized… just after checking my last hopeful location, I gave up all hope and had truly LET GO of by beloved skateboard… then a few days later, almost forgotten from memory, I received a text message form a friend who had surprisingly FOUND my board… I was overjoyed with the reconnection.. but this just goes to show the power of LETTING GO. i’m sure a similar episode in letting go has happened to many people out there ;)
