Sometimes it just happens despite the obstacles..
All I know is that whatever DOES happen is all part of the zen of existence.. no more. no less. I was the only human being in sight today in the park… I guess everyone decided to stay cozy in their homes… but once again i became possessed by a greater force to trudge through thick spring snow. Sometimes I wonder if it happens against my will in conditions like this… but for me, this moment had no price tag… and escaping with a visual record of the experience leaves me even more grateful.
My favorite kinds of rocks are ones with various red colors.. some (me) would argue that I’m attracted to the red ones because of my Canadian roots. And then with the winter wonderland? perfection… only one word for me can fully describe such an experience… you guessed it… ZEN.
I remember getting a little bit irritated by the sloppy, snowy conditions.. I was slipping all over the place… sometimes even cursing at my equipment for slipping too.. welcome to the drive of a passionate artist. <3 in the end, I would not trade the experience for anything.
Hello Micael!
I live in Sweden, Örnsköldsvik and I have read Jonna´s blogg. I like here very much! I can see that you love red stones :)
Have you see the red stoneart “Nordingrågranit” that you can find nowhere else but in Höga Kusten?? (The High Coast) On many places round the coast there´s a lot of it. It´s my favorite stoneart because I love the red color.
When the day come and I don´t live on the earth longer, I will have a stone of this art on my grave. And wild summerflower…
Hope you can reed my ugly english so you can understand a little bit :) Hope you are well and go on with your stonebalancing. I like it very, very much! Thank you!
Best wishes from Sonja in Örnsköldsvik.
