Diary of a Rock Balancer ::

Stone Balance Art created and photographed by Michael Grab — 29 September 2016 — Colorado, USA ::

“Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory.”
~ Dr. Suess

This was done on a creek just west of Snowmass village. Location: Snowmass Creek, Colorado, USA ~

I love the very specific combination of red and gray stones. The red ones smoother and curvier. The grey ones, more angular and rough, granite, and often with a common wedge-like shape. The combination was perfect for extreme counterbalance. :)
